Uploading a whole trip?

Send a trip in one upload wherever you can. The parser reads the batch together, so it can tell which voucher belongs to which booking.

If it will not fit in one go, split it in this order:

The itinerary and the booking confirmations, so the trip and its flights, hotels and transfers exist first.
Vouchers and e-tickets, which attach to those bookings.
Insurance and visas, which carry no dates and attach to the trip itself.

For every batch after the first, choose the trip under “Add to existing trip”. Left on “Create new itinerary” a second batch starts a second trip.

Check the trip after each batch. Anything the parser missed can be added by hand and its document attached to it.
