1. From the Dashboard, tap the orange Upload Documents button.
2. Tap the Tap to select documents upload window.
3. Choose from Photo Library, Take Photo, or Choose File.
4. Tap the blue Process Document(s) button.
5. Our AI reads the document and extracts your trip details — this takes 1–2 minutes max.
6. Review the parsed itinerary, then tap the blue Confirm and Save button.

1. Tap the document icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

1. Go to Settings and find the document under My Documents.
2. Tap the swap arrow icon next to the document.
3. A list of document categories will appear — select the correct one.
4. The document is automatically moved to the corrected category.

1. Go to Settings and tap on the category your travel element sits in (e.g. Flights, Hotels, Vouchers).
2. Find the element by name and tap the bin icon.
3. The item will be marked as cancelled throughout the app — it is not permanently deleted.
4. Changed your mind? Find the cancelled item and tap Reinstate to restore it back to active status.

3. Check off items as you pack them.

2. Make sure Location Services are turned on for Travel Billy Solo — the concierge needs your location to find nearby options.
3. Tap Detect to confirm your location, then browse categories — taxis, restaurants, bars, coffee, groceries, entertainment, attractions, and more.
4. You can also chat with Billy, your personal travel concierge, and ask for specific recommendations.
5. Tap any recommendation to see details, ratings, and directions.

1. On your Dashboard, tap the airplane icon in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Your upcoming flights are automatically loaded from your itinerary — no need to enter flight numbers manually.
3. Tap the Check Flight Status button to get live updates — flight status is only available within 24 hours of departure.
4. Each flight shows its status (on time, delayed, cancelled), gate, and terminal information.

1. On your Dashboard, scroll past Today's Schedule and tap the first window on the left — this is your Calendar.
2. Switch between Calendar View (monthly grid) and Day by Day (timeline list) using the toggle buttons at the top.
3. Tap on any trip day to see all activities, flights, hotels, and transfers scheduled for that date.
4. Tap Add Activity to add your own custom activities to any day.

4. Choose which event types to include — flights, hotels, transfers, tours, car rentals, meals, and excursions.
5. Set your preferred Summary Time to receive a daily schedule summary each morning.

3. To change or cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

You can upload PDFs, images (JPG, PNG), and photos taken directly from your camera. This covers most itineraries, booking confirmations, e-tickets, vouchers, insurance documents, and visas.

Yes. Your travel documents are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal data with third parties. When you delete your itinerary, all data is permanently removed from our servers.

Currently, Travel Billy Solo supports one active itinerary at a time. Once your trip is complete, you can delete it and upload a new one for your next adventure.

If your subscription expires, you'll lose access to the app's features until you resubscribe. Your data is retained on our servers, so when you renew, everything will be right where you left it.

Yes — Travel Billy Solo works on both iPhone and iPad. The app is optimised for mobile use so you have everything you need while travelling.

Our AI is very accurate, but it's not perfect. After processing, you'll always have a chance to review the extracted details before confirming. If a document has been placed in the wrong category, you can easily change it in Settings under My Documents.
